The Memorandum of Understanding establishes a clear division of responsibilities. Dharani Bio Organics will be responsible for manufacturing, while Formoura will oversee marketing, sales, and distribution across domestic and international markets.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Suraj Kumar Das, CEO and Founder of Formoura Private Limited, and Ms. P. B. Anjali, identified as HSBO of Formoura, together with Mr. G. Gurunadham, Director of Dharani Bio Organics Private Limited, Mr. Raja Reddy, Mr. Sateesh, and Mr. Elisha.
