The Ministry of Ayush’s vision of making yoga accessible to every citizen found a modern voice in Satyajit Majumder during the Yoga Mahotsav 2026. As the only content creator invited by the Ministry to attend the 50-day countdown, Majumder represented the intersection of the creative and fitness sectors. The event at Kanha Shanti Vanam saw a hybrid participation model, with international Heartfulness centres joining virtually as Majumder practiced in person alongside over 6,000 enthusiasts to set a new Asia Book of Records milestone.
Reflecting on the digital and global reach of the initiative, Majumder said, “We have a responsibility as creators to promote holistic well-being to our audience. ‘Yoga 365’ isn’t just a hashtag; it’s a sustainable lifestyle choice for the next generation”. His presence as a Cultural Ambassador from West Bengal emphasized how traditional systems are being modernized to fit the lives of busy professionals. The event, which featured large screens to ensure accessibility for all participants, proved that large-scale mobilisation can remain calm and coordinated when driven by a shared purpose of health and unity.
